3. Your personal data will be processed in order to send marketing information via email on the basis of article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of General Data Protection Regulation . Your personal data may also be profiled for marketing ( article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of General Data Protection Regulation );
4. The Recipient of your personal data may be entities that provide and maintain the Administrator’s IT infrastructure and external entities providing the service of Newsletter on behalf of the Administrator;
5. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/ international organization.
6. Your personal data will be stored until you file an objection to their processing , withdrawal of your consent or determining by us that the data has become obsolete;
7. You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify it , deleting, limitation of processing , the right to transfer data, the right to object;
8. You may at any moment raise an objection or withdraw consent. Raising an objection or withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing which was carried out prior to the objection or withdrawal of consent.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – The President of the Office o Personal Data Protection;
10. Providing personal data by you is voluntary , however, if it is not provided it will be not possible to provide the service;
