Online shopping
1. When shopping in our online store, the customer has two ways to make purchases:
- without logging in to the website (so-called fast shopping),
- shopping with logging in, this requires registering the customer in the online store.
2. By registering in the online store, the Customer gains access to such additional options as:
- order history,
- the ability to check the status of the order,
- the ability to receive up-to-date information on products from the online store.
3. While choosing a product, the customer must put it in the bag, click the "ADD TO THE BAG" icon.
4. The product will be placed in the bag and a page will be displayed showing your bag and products that are in it.
5. The customer has two options: continue shopping or make purchases.
6. If the Customer decides to continue shopping, he must click on the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" icon, which results in returning to the online store main page where the next purchase choices can be made.
7. To finish shopping, the customer must click "CHECKOUT" icon.
8. After selecting the "CHECKOUT" option, the order fulfillment page will be launched, where the purchase method is selected: Making a purchase without registration, logging in to the website or the possibility of registering.
9. After choosing the method of order fulfillment, the service takes us to the website where the order is carried out in 3 steps:
- Address data,
- Delivery and payment,
- Order confirmation and summary.
10. In step 1, the Customer enters account details such as name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number. At this stage, we choose whether the purchase will be made by a private individual or by the company. We also have two functionalities to choose from:
- if the invoice is to be issued,
- if the address details of the delivery are identical to the account details.
11. After entering all the necessary data, go to step 2, click the "CHECKOUT" icon. The customer is transferred to the page where he will be able to choose the method of delivery and payment.
12. After selecting the online payment method, the customer proceeds by clicking the "place an order" icon, which will launch the page to the Płatności.pl website (step 3), where the payment type should be selected by:
- COD payment,
- making a prepayment (payment by bank transfer) via the Przelewy24 system.
13. A feature of electronic transfer, so-called fast transfers, is the fact that after selecting this form of payment, the customer is redirected to the website selected from the bank's list to transfer the money.
14. If it is necessary to correct or change the Address data, the method of delivery or payment selection, this can be done until the order is confirmed.
15. After confirming the order, a subpage appears with detailed order content along with a message informing about the order number.
It is not possible to cancel such an order!
16. You can cancel the order at every stage of ordering. You can do it in several ways: for example by clicking the icon to return to the previous page or by clicking on any subpage (or product) on the online store page.
17. We will send you an email to the e-mail address provided in the address, confirming the receipt of the Customer's order. In the body of the e-mail, the customer will receive the order number, which can be used for determining the status of the order.
