The order should be paid up to 3 working days counting from the day the order was placed. After this time the order will be cancelled.

We estimate that most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days, however in busy periods or sales, please be aware that this may take up to an estimated 7 working days.
How will I know when the order is delivered to a local store?
When the order will be delivered to the store, we’ll send you an e-mail. The order will wait 14 working days. After that time, it will be cancelled.

Yes, in case of losing the returns form you can download one from our website. Print it, fill it in and send with returned goods.

In the parcel you should attach:
• Invoice
• Filled in returns form
• Returned goods
Please remember to properly pack the parcel to secure it from being damaged.
Every costs of shipping are borne by the customer.
We also ask you not to send parcels at the expense of the recipient (with COD payment) and to the parcel machines, as they will not be picked up.
How can I return an online order to the store?
When shopping in our online store, the customer can make a free return of goods in the WOJAS local store.
To return the products in our store you need:
• Invoice
• Filled in returns form
• Products you want to return

Refunds
When can I expect a refund?
The payment will be returned immediately, but no later than within 14 days.
How will I get a refund if I return the order in the store?
The return can be made in following ways:
• Cash – only available when you return the order in one of our stationary stores
• Bank transfer - please enter the bank account number in the withdrawal form and you’ll get a refund via traditional bank transfer
• Przelewy 24/Paypal/Credit card - refund is made to the same account from which the order was paid.
If you want your refund on a different account, please enter your bank account number in the withdrawal form and add a note “different account number”

From the date of purchase, you have 7 days to exchange your item for the same item but in another size. You can exchange it only in our stores.
Complaints
How to make a complaint?
If there is anything wrong with the product you purchased, you can make a complaint within two years. A complaint form can be found here:

After you fill in the form you should send it with the invoice and the product, on which you made a complaint.

Gift cards
How can I buy a gift card?
A gift card is available only in all of our stores in Poland and you can use it only in these stores.
From what amount can I get the gift card?
The gift card can be purchased in from PLN 50 to PLN 1000.
How long is the gift card valid?
12 months. The gift card should be used within 12 months from the date of its activation or until the funds are exhausted.
What happens if the funds on the card are exhausted?
If you have exhausted the funds on the card, you can add extra funds to your gift card with any amount and use it again within another 12 months.
How can I check how many funds are left on my gift card?

Can I pay for shopping with two or more gift cards?
No, for one transaction you can pay only with one gift card.
Where can I use a gift card?
Wojas gift card can be used only in Wojas stores in Poland.
Can I return the products I bought in a store?
Yes, you have 14 days to return goods bought in Wojas store. Nevertheless, the refund for the purchase is made on the gift card.
