Complaints
The basis for accepting the complaint is proof of purchase of the goods (a receipt or a VAT invoice) or other evidence of the conclusion of the sale and purchase agreement.
A complaint application may be submitted on the WOJAS Complaint Form, which template can be downloaded below.
We will process your complaint within 14 days after we receive the package with complained goods and a completed set of documents.
You should deliver complained goods and the set of documents to any store in Poland or send them to the following address:
